Using Byblos Bank Armenia’s Byblos Online services, which are available 24/7, is easy and fast.

Legal entities must visit the Bank (with their stamp, if available) and follow these steps* to activate the service:

• Sign the Byblos Online application form and accept the terms and conditions,
• Choose the type of access and pay the service fee,
• Visit the Online Banking platform or download the Mobile Banking app,
• Register and accept the terms and conditions,
• Enter the verification code sent to your phone or your email,
• Create a 6-digit code to use it later for signing in․

*When switching to the new version of the app or changing the password for the first time after the update, users will need to verify the move with the Google Authenticator app as well.

NOTE: In case of forgetting the password, individuals and legal entities can restore it without visiting the Bank. However, account holders who delete the Google Authenticator app or change their phone will have to visit the Bank to obtain a new code.

Protect your PC:

• Install anti-virus software and update it regularly.
  
• Keep your operating system and Internet browser up to date, checking for and downloading new versions/security enhancements from the vendor's website.

Browser Security:

• Do not click on a URL received from unreliable sources to access the Online Banking platform. Always type in online.byblosbankarmenia.am or click the “Online Banking” button in the Bank’s official website at www.byblosbankarmenia.am.
• Remember to log out of the system and close your browser whenever you leave your computer, even for a short while.
• Clear the cache of your browser on a regular basis so that your account information is removed. If you are using a shared PC, it is recommended that you clear it after each session.
• Check your last log-in date and time whenever you log in to Byblos Armenia’s Online banking platform.
• If you receive any suspicious communication please alert us immediately by calling +374 60 61 61 00.

Password Security:

• Do not choose a password that is easily identifiable, such as your personal telephone number, birthday or other personal information.
• Avoid using sequential numbers (such as 123456).
• Your password must be kept confidential at all times and not be disclosed to anyone.
• Your password must be memorized and not written down or recorded.

Byblos Bank Armenia uses data encryption and firewalls to maintain the security of the information it receives through the Website. Nevertheless, security and privacy risks cannot be eliminated altogether. For further security precautions, you must access the Website using commercially available browser software (such as a current version of Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge) that provide 128-bit encryption and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Also, you may not want to use your browser’s "save password" feature. Once you begin a session, you must not leave the computer you have used to access the Website unless you have terminated the session and logged off the Website. Emails are not secure or confidential unless properly encrypted. Consequently, Byblos Bank Armenia discourages the use of email to send personal or financial information to the Bank. People that use email for said purposes do so at their own risk, and Byblos Bank Armenia will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage suffered.
