In order to obtain you Mastercard Digital, it is necessary to:
- Log in
- Go to the "Cards" section, click on "New Card," then select "Digital Card"
- Choose the card currency and design
- Confirm and order your digital card
The digital card is versatile, always available on the smartphone, and convenient for all kinds of transactions – from online shopping to contactless payments in stores, as well as topping up online wallets and making international transfers.
Similar to physical cards, digital cards can also be linked to Google Pay and Apple Pay, allowing users to make payments anywhere in the world.

The service lets you send money by entering the recipient's phone number or email address.
Transfers via contacts are performed in a matter seconds.
The service is completely free. Simply input the recipient's phone number or email address, specify the amount and tap on “Transfer”.
To use the service, both the sender and the recipient must be Customers of the Bank.
You can pay for parking in zones A and B of the red-marked areas using the Byblos Mobile app or Online Banking – quickly, anytime, and 24/7.
From 1 hour to 1 year, you can pay for parking for any duration that suits you, whenever it’s convenient for you.
You can link your cards issued by other Banks to the Byblos Mobile app and have all your cards in one place.
You can then transfer funds from said cards to Byblos Bank Armenia accounts and cards and make fast and convenient transactions.
To link a card, all you need to do is:
- Navigate to the Cards section of the Byblos Mobile app / Online Banking system
- Tap on "New Card"
- Choose "Attach Another Card"
- Enter card details, and click "Pay"
The attachment of the card will be confirmed once you receive a 3D Secure authentication code via SMS and fill it in the system.
With the Byblos Mobile app / Online Banking, you can combine all your utility and other monthly payments in one place and pay with a single tap every month.
To group your utilities, go to the "Transfers" section, click the "Group Payment" button, add all the required services, and save the payment order as a template.

Customers can now complete an MTPL insurance contract in just a few minutes, all from the comfort of their home.
MTPL is the voluntary motor third party liability insurance policy that guarantees compensation for damages caused to the life and/or property of third parties. It is mandatory for all vehicles registered in Armenia.
When clients sign the contract through Byblos Mobile or online banking, they receive:
- A 5% discount on the specified insurance premium
- All offers conveniently in one location
- An electronic copy of the contract readily accessible
- An MTPL insurance policy can be signed for a duration of 3 to 12 months, with the maximum compensation amount for a single insurance claim set as follows:
- For personal injuries, the maximum reimbursement per insurance event is AMD 33,000,000, with a cap of AMD 3,300,000 per injured person.
- For property damage, the maximum reimbursement per insurance event is AMD 18,000,000, with a limit of AMD 1,800,000 per injured person.

To use the service, just log in to the system, navigate to the "Repayment of a Friend's Loan" page, enter the borrower's contract and passport/ID card numbers, and complete the payment.
The new feature enables Byblos Bank Armenia Customers to make loan repayments on behalf of other individuals who are also customers of the Bank.

Individuals can activate the service either at the Bank or online* by following these steps**:
- Visit the Online Banking platform or download the Mobile Banking app,
- Register and accept the terms and conditions,
- Enter the verification code sent to your phone or your email,
- Create a 6-digit code to use it later for signing in․
*Only the transactional mode of the service is available. Account holders that have not performed any transaction during the last 14 months cannot activate the service and will be deactivated upon successful registration.
**When switching to the new version of the app or changing the password for the first time after the update, users will need to verify the move with the Google Authenticator app as well.
NOTE: In case of forgetting the password, individuals and legal entities can restore it without visiting the Bank. However, account holders who delete the Google Authenticator app or change their phone will have to visit the Bank to obtain a new code.

- Check your last log-in date and time whenever you log in to Byblos Armenia’s Online banking platform.

Password Security:
- Do not choose a password that is easily identifiable, such as your personal telephone number, birthday or other personal information.
- Avoid using sequential numbers (such as 123456).
- Your password must be kept confidential at all times and not be disclosed to anyone.
- Your password must be memorized and not written down or recorded.
