Interest rate for refinancing housing loans are decreasing

This is to inform you that Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC starting 01 August 2018 will decrease by 1% the annual percentage rate refinanced by National Mortgage Company (NMC) and Houses for Young Families  RCO (HYF) and the interest rate will be equal to 11% p.a. for NMC and 8% p.a. ( from which 2% is subsidized by Government in Yerevan and 4% in RA regions) for HYF.
