Byblos Bank Armenia Supports Greening of Yerevan with Tree Planting

With its tree plantng initiative held at “Pokr Mher” education center in Nubarashen administrative discitrict, Byblos Bank Armenia supports the greening of Yerevan. The tree planting was held in collaboration with the Armenia Tree Project. 100 trees were planted with the joint efforts of Byblos Bank employees and their families.

The greening of Armenia, especially in Yerevan, is of utmost importance to Byblos Bank Armenia. It aims to continuously implement such projects thus raising public awareness about important environmental issues.

“Living in Armenia, we can see that environmental and greening issues are a priority. If each of us invests a little bit of our time in such important issues, then the result can be quite noticeable. This is the first tree planting event initiated by Byblos Bank Armenia, but not the last,” said Mr. Ararat Ghukasyan, Byblos Bank Armenia's Chief Executive Officer.
