Byblos Bank Armenia is committed to providing beneficial products to its clients. The Bank makes a special offer of a house loan till March 31. Your New House loan enables the clients to purchase a house or an apartment with exclusive conditions - 0% file fee, only 20% down payment and 11% fixed interest rate.
With Your New House loan the Bank will finance up to 80% of the value for any apartment or house selected by the client. The tenor for the loan is up to15 years. These exceptional conditions of the loan will enable to save time and money, and own today a dream house for the price of a monthly rent.
Starting from April 1 Byblos Bank Armenia will continue the usual offer with 11% fixed rate and 15 year tenor. This offer will have a file fee of 0.5% (min AMD 50,000 max AMD 250,000). The loan finances 70% of the appraised value of the finished apartment/house or the sale price whichever is less.
