LAV ELI Exclusive Concert – Byblos Bank’s Gift to Vanadzor

On July 4 LAV ELI Rock Band held an open air concert in Hayk Square in Vanadzor. The concert marked the one-year anniversary of Byblos Bank Armenia’s Vanazdor Branch. The public had an opportunity to enjoy the old and new songs of the band.

The concert was organized on the occasion of Byblos Bank Armenia’s Vanadzor Branch anniversary. This was a good opportunity for people to come together with families and friends and spend value time in Vanadzor. The event united not only LAV ELI band but also the active youth of Vanadzor as well as guests and visitors from Yerevan and the regions. The audience participated in quiz games and received keepsakes from Byblos Bank Armenia.

The Vanzdor Branch of Byblos Bank Armenia opened a year ago and introduced new quality and international standards in the banking sector. The Vanadzor branch operates transparently and responsibly in accordance to the key principles of Byblos Bank Group. The branch offers diverse loan packages.

“We are happy to combine the anniversary of Byblos Bank Armenia’s Vanadzor Branch and the concert of LAV ELI rock band. The city of Vanadzor is known for its long standing traditions of rock music. This event fosters the cultural growth of the environment where we work”, said Krist Marukyan, Vanadzor Branch Manager.

LAV ELI formed in the mid-90s in Vanazdor. In the years to follow the band became quite popular. However, by early 2000’s the band separated. Now, years later LAV ELI has reunited:
“Almost the whole band came together. We have a unique opportunity to perform for Vanadzor public and guests with this long-awaited concert.” said Mher Manukyan, a member of LAV ELI. Byblos Bank Armenia readily supported this initiative since it values the importance of cultural activities not only in the capital but also throughout the regions.

Besides supporting LAV ELI concert, Byblos Bank Armenia continuously expands its support with education, culture and energy efficiency programs.
