For the first 5 years: fix 10% p.a.
Remaining 15 years: based on bank base* rate + 6% not less than 10%, reviewed annually
b-loans granted in AMD
For the first 5 years: fix 14% p.a.
Remaining 15 years: based on bank base* rate + 6% not less than 14%, reviewed annually

Note*: The bank base rate is the cost of fund which is the YTD average weighted yield for interest bearing liabilities.
