More secure online transactions via 3D Security system

Customers of Byblos Bank Armenia can from now on benefit from more secure online card transactions due to the 3D Security system introduced by Master Card.

For authorization of transactions performed via a MasterCard through websites operating with this security system, the cardholder must enter a special code sent to him/her in a SMS, in addition to a CVV code mentioned on the back of the card.

When performing a transaction through sites operating with this security system, the use of SMS service is mandatory and offered free of charge by Byblos Bank. (Only SMS received through the 3D Security system is free).
