Dear Cardholder, This is to inform you that it came to our attention that currently, a new type of card fraud transactions are in place via social media, particularly the users receive a message through Messenger application with the text about a winning of prize and demand to input card details for its receiving.

This fraud prize’s/ transaction amounts are small and its charge may be left not noticed by the cardholder or treated as a not significant loss. It is worth mentioning that 3D Secure service is not available for this type of transaction.  

We want to bring it to your attention and ask you never to answer (or follow the link) any e-mail even if sent under the name of the Bank, where you are requested to provide or input your bank or card account details.

Please be attentive and check your account statements and in case of receiving such e-mails immediately inform the Bank.
