The second generation of Byblos Bank Armenia’s Onboarding Program has successfully completed their special two-week training course. After passing the testing phase, the participants earned their certificates and are now fully equipped to deliver outstanding customer service to the Bank's clients.
As per tradition, Hayk Stepanyan, the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, personally met with the program participants and delivered an inspiring motivational speech. The participants also had the opportunity to engage directly with the CEO, receiving answers to their questions in a personal and interactive setting.
The onboarding program provides young professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the banking industry.
